Scope

Dinntro has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to everyone who uses Dinntro and to all content created, shared or transmitted through the app, including profiles, posts, event listings, photos, videos, direct messages and voice or video calls.

Dinntro is an adults-only service

Dinntro is intended solely for adults aged 21 and over. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are prohibited without exception. Where we identify or are notified of an account belonging to a minor, we terminate that account and delete the associated data.

What is prohibited

The following are strictly forbidden on Dinntro and will result in immediate, permanent removal:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, audio, text, drawings, animation or computer-generated depictions.
  • Sexualisation of a minor, including sexualised commentary about a child or depicting a minor in a manner that emphasises sexual characteristics.
  • Grooming — building a relationship with a minor in order to facilitate sexual contact, exploitation or abuse, whether online or offline.
  • Sextortion — threatening to expose intimate imagery to coerce a minor into sexual activity, further imagery, money or any other benefit.
  • Trafficking of a minor, or advertising, soliciting, arranging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.
  • Soliciting or attempting to solicit sexual content from a minor, or offering such content to others.
  • Using Dinntro's events, messaging, calling or discovery features to make contact with a minor for any of the purposes above.

Reporting a concern

Every Dinntro profile, post, event and conversation carries a Report control, and any user can be blocked directly from their profile. Reports concerning child safety are escalated immediately and reviewed ahead of all other report categories.

Child safety contact

Email: toteyetechnologysolutions@gmail.com to report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation involving Dinntro. This address is monitored by our Trust & Safety team.

How we respond

  • Reported content is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, with child safety reports prioritised.
  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed and preserved as required by law.
  • The account responsible is permanently terminated, and we take steps to prevent the holder from re-registering.
  • We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, in Canada, Cybertip.ca, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests made through lawful process.

Reporting directly to the authorities

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report independently of Dinntro:

Compliance

These standards form part of our Terms of Service and our Trust & Safety policy, and are published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. We review them regularly and update them as our service and the applicable law change.
